1. The Eternal Guarantee

At Joy Delivery, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our preserved roses. Because our roses are natural products preserved to last, each bloom is unique. Please note that since these are perishable items stabilized through a specific process, they are generally exempt from standard returns under international luxury goods regulations.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

Your joy is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a significant defect, please contact our concierge within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please email Contact@joydeliveryy.shop with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged rose and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized jewelry or engraved items.
  • Preserved roses (due to their delicate and perishable nature).
  • Items purchased during private sales or special promotions.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
